Job Summary
The Accounts Receivables Representative's primary goal is to resolve a client's delinquent balance. Provides support to clients by answering questions regarding their contractual agreements, licensing, and billing, and researching items listed on their accounts. Performs a wide variety of accounts receivable functions including billing, credit and/or collections, under direct supervision.
