Assistant Manager - Demand Generation/ABM
Demand Generation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand generation through digital channels like Email & LinkedIn
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
- Proven experience of demand generation mainly (followed by marketing) primarily in the Indian B2B segment (software is a plus)
- Excellent record of strategizing and responsible for delivering results in revenue/leads/prospects
- Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and other marketing channels/software/platforms
- Attention to detail, timely and can follow set processes
- Flexible and open to working in a dynamic environment
- Data-driven individual with a strong goal-setting capability
- Manage work with marketing and operation executives along with writers and designers
- Report to Marketing Manager and Senior Management on overall strategy, planning and progress
Account Based Marketing
- Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize.
- Work with Digital team, Sales Business Development team and Content Marketing to create customized, high-value content experiences for strategic B2B technology driven products and tech enabled customers.
- Works closely with Inside Sales operation manager to develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of Ideal Client Profiles and identify attributes for scoring and reporting efforts.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations and Digital marketing teams to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations.
- Measure, analyze, and report ABM program performance to marketing manager.
Job Description
- Execute end-to-end marketing and sales campaigns to bring in interested prospects
- Implement strategies to win meetings with quality prospects after thorough research
- Use marketing technologies to measure and generate reports
- Analyze data of each campaign category before drawing next steps
- Execute campaigns on behalf of marketing & sales teams through coordination with internal team
- Conduct A/B testing of messaging on emails and LinkedIn messages to improve conversions
- Follow the process of segmenting prospect lists to achieve best results
- Establish, forecast and report against success metrics weekly, monthly and when needed
- Should be self-motivated to stay on top of things and target oriented at all times
- Proficient in MS/Google Mail/Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
