B Tech/BE in Electrical or Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics & Communication from Top Tier institute.
Relevant experience of 6 to 8 years in an MNC factory set-up is required
Relevant experience in Food and Beverages/FMCG industry will be an advantage
Strong communication skills
People orientation and ability to work in a team
Liaison skills in interacting with government officials in a clear, transparent and firm manner, while maintaining smooth relations
Ability to manage multiple conflicting and time sensitive priorities
Aptitude to understand business requirement and operations in details to ensure effective HR support to the team.
Strong hold of compliance framework from HR and labour law perspective
