We are looking for an experienced Air Ticketing Executive who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Galileo and other reservation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in booking their air travel arrangements, providing advice on airline routes, fares, and travel regulations. The Air Ticketing Executive will work closely with the sales team, travel agents, and customers to ensure a seamless booking experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking air travel arrangements, including flight tickets, seat assignments, and special requests
- Provide advice and recommendations on airline routes, fares, and travel regulations
- Use Galileo and other reservation systems to book flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Process payments, issue tickets, and send confirmation emails to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team, travel agents, and customers to ensure a seamless booking experience
- Resolve any issues or complaints from customers related to their bookings
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and airline policies
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in Air Ticketing
- Strong knowledge of Galileo and other reservation systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
