Job Purpose:
To coach and develop a team of Expert Sales Executives to gain prescription leadership through overall in-clinic effectiveness, thereby ensuring regional growth and Business achievement. To analyze Business reports to arrive at implementable action plan at the ESE level viz marketing campaigns, S&T, etc. The ZESM will be responsible for overall supervision and control of a team of ESEs.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading team of Expert Sales executives to deliver plan for the region.
Coaching & Development of Representatives to deliver best-in-class HCP engagement and in-clinic effectiveness.
Appropriate Segmentation & Targeting of HCPs so that most relevant Experts are engaged for HUL products.
Build high engagement/energy, & motivation within the team. Efforts to ensure low levels of attrition.
Analyzing Area statistics from multiple sources, like IQVIA to arrive at factual hypothesis and performance improvement solutions Ensure execution of quarterly/annual expert activation plans and budgets for their area, effective implementation of the plans. Ensuring HUL Values & Compliance policies are followed Build and Develop contacts with relevant key opinion leaders / HCPs.
Knowledge/Education Required
Minimum Education Required - Bachelor's degree.
Area of Specialization - Science

To coordinate and conduct clinical training program for health care professionals.
To consistently meet and achieve activation targets by effectively channelizing and utilizing available resources.
Previous Experience:
Minimum Relevant Experience Required- 6 - 7 years' experience.
