Description
The Role Offers:
- Leverage over 10 years of experience to lead customers through all project phases of Workday HCM Implementation, from discovery to deployment.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Core HR, Recruiting, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Integration & Reporting within the Workday application.
- Offer valuable advice to customers on fully integrating the Workday system within their business environment and with 3rd-party systems.
- Apply knowledge of localization and legislative requirements, particularly in the UK and US contexts.
- Take ownership of HR solution implementation, creating data architecture and providing best practices consulting expertise in architectural strategy and implementation.
- Ensure the incorporation of security principles into all technology strategies and solutions developed.
- Collaborate closely with various teams such as Data Migration, Configuration, Tenant builds, and Integration to achieve seamless coordination and project delivery.
- Continuously focus on improving the process of delivering Workday solutions, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage excellent communication skills to distill complex issues into a simple, commercially compelling plan.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and lead customers through all project phases of Workday HCM Implementation, including Discovery, Architect, Configuration/Prototype, testing and deployment.
- Work closely with the integration team, focusing on functional data mapping and understanding configuration impacts for successful integrations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation (BRD/FSD/TSD) and process documentation, including data flows, diagrams and charts to support requirements.
- Manage timely completion of all integration efforts, ensuring they align with project deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate activities across vendors and ensure consistent meeting of project deliverables.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience and expertise in Workday HCM, particularly in Core HR, Recruiting, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Integration and Reporting.
- Understanding of localization and legislative requirements, especially in the UK/US context.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues and presenting clear and commercially compelling plans.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Talent/HR solution applications and particularly within the Workday Application.
- Certification in Core HR for Workday is essential and additional certifications in relevant sub-modules (Recruiting, Absence, UK Payroll & US Payroll) are highly preferred.
- B.E./Master’s degree in computer science/application (MCA, MSc Computer Science etc.) from the Premier Institute.
