Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our lead generation efforts for both domestic and international clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for both domestic and international markets.
- Identify and explore new channels, platforms, and partnerships to expand our reach and generate quality leads.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Utilize market insights to identify key opportunities for lead generation and business growth.
- Implement effective lead qualification processes to ensure the generation of high-quality leads with a high conversion potential.
- Collaborate with sales teams to establish criteria for lead qualification and handover.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide valuable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve lead conversion rates.
- Drive international lead generation efforts, understanding and adapting strategies to meet the unique challenges of different markets.
- Develop relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Desired Skillset:
- Extensive experience in both domestic and international lead generation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools/software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
