This is a full-time on-site role as a Operations & Service Manager for client located in Gurugram. The candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional service to clients , Investments & day to day operations & ensuring that all their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and addressing any service issues and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance the client experience.
- Experience in client service management for a financial services or investment management firm.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects within a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of integrity, ethical conduct, and professionalism
- Talking every client on fortnight basis and ensuring all service-related issues are resolved on time .
- Talking to AMC s for MF Data Feed and statements related concerns .
- Publishing Internal & external MIS & Reports .
- Processing all the Client Transactions on time and checking with AMC in case of any lag to ensure smooth processing of all client related transactions
- Following the Client Onboarding Journey Process Laid out by the management.
- Concluding all Operations & Service-related Tasks with respect to Client / AMC that comes up time to time.
- Communicating & Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience.
