Job Overview


We are looking at hiring talented Client Servicing and operations professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all client related reporting and documentation (including fund houses), aggregation, processing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities for Client Services Manager


Portfolio Reporting:

Generate and maintain detailed portfolio reports for clients, including performance summaries, asset allocations, and investment holdings.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all portfolio reporting deliverables.

Analyze portfolio performance metrics and provide insights to clients and senior management as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.


Client Servicing:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Engage with all mapped Partners and respective clients.

Coordinate client meetings and presentations, preparing relevant materials and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with fund house or any other external party/ banks/ broking/ demat/ insurance companies for timely service query resolution.

Service delivery is inclusive of all types of investment products & related queries of the investor.


Backend Operations

Ability to Plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to ensure quality and on-time delivery of various investment transactions, internal and external account and investment documentation, and investment statements and reports.

Ability to maintain filing systems in an organization using classification systems, organizing documents, scanning and photocopying physical documents, discarding obsolete records, and retrieving documents as required.

Requires accuracy, attention to details, computer competences, and familiarity with office equipment.

Ensure effective and efficient operations and administration of all client accounts by analysing and defining standards, processes and procedures for timely execution of trades.

Ensure client database is updated and maintained for integrity.

Recommend improvements to operational methods and workflow to ensure an effective and efficient operating environment.


Client Services

Regularly interact/ meet/coordinate in person with clients for processing documents to ensure on-time execution of trades.

Ability to build, maintain healthy relationship with clients or their associates to meet everyone's needs across the board.

Ability to report/ solve any issues raised by the client or their associates within given deadlines.

Maintaining excellent relationship with the operations department of all Mutual funds, PMS, AIF and brokerages to ensure flawless investment Financial Services Knowledge - Basic Understanding/ Knowledge of Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management / PMS/ Mutual Funds/ AIF / Structured Products.


Software Skills - Ability to work on Word, PPT, Excel is required. Knowledge of BSE star, mf Utilities and other transaction and reporting platforms is an added advantage


Hygiene factors - Attention to details and commitment to accuracy, High level of integrity, Driven by purpose, proficient independent contributor and a team player, Ability to multi-task. Should have ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely to clients, co-workers, custodians, and vendors, as needed.


Qualifications for Client Services Manager

Graduate/post graduate with any background with a zeal to learn.

Must be proficient in English & local languages (Telgu is must).

Prior experience in financial services firm is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
