JD for Transaction Advisors :
- Valuation analysis, including discounted cash flows, relative valuations, asset valuations, comparable comps and transaction multiples
- Prepare pitchbook for client meetings, including M&A and LBO pitch books
- Prepare financial models and perform financial analysis of companies relatively quickly
- Assist the investment banking associate with the coverage initiatives.
- Monitoring the industry for current events, valuations, and important financial information
- Coordinate with clients for financial data and analysis
- Travel for client meetings and industry research
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good MS-Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to learn and experiment
Applicant must have more than 80% in academics.
