Address- Assist nursing staff with basic patient care activities, including helping patients with meals, transferring patients using appropriate techniques, and providing mobility assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas, including changing bed linens, disposing of waste properly, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Transport patients, medical records, specimens, and hospital equipment to various departments as required.
- Ensure patient comfort by promptly responding to calls and requests for assistance.
- Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer procedures of patients.
- Monitor and restock supplies in patient rooms and ward storage areas.
- Report any issues or incidents to the nursing staff or management in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times, respecting patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
