Walk-in-Interview for Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-channel customer support for Navi's products, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
- Educate customers about Navi's products and services.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes, collaborating effectively with the team for seamless support.
Desired skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of customer support experience with proficiency in English and Hindi; additional fluency in regional languages is advantageous.
- Preferred experience in UPI & BBPS services and familiarity with CRM and Inbound/Chat/Email tools.
- Flexible availability for rotational rosters, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to provide extended support during business requirements and meet SLAs.
- Comfortable working across different channels such as Chat, Inbound Calls, and Email.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
