Visual Merchandising Role - Planogram (Female only)


1. Job Purpose
Strengthen brand equity thru distinctive, disruptive and innovative displays.
2. Job Context & Major Challenges
Key Job challenge is to providing dynamic display solutions pertaining to varied assortment & zonal/store nuances.
3. Principal Accountabilities
Accountability Supporting Actions
Lead impactful season launch + season campaigns for the world.
1. Translate the brand identity into creative displays and shop looks based on brand guidelines.
2. Design world wise display guiedlines (SDMs) and define the look and feel of store spaces.
3. Interaction with category, marketing & ops teams to sync the season launches / promos and get the brief from all to ensure that the Store Display Manual and communications plans go in on time 4. Ensure that the dockets made are in Creative use of materials.
4. Support GTM activations and brand / caetgory launches with impactful display porposition.
5. Support NSOs & Renovations with customised display guidelines
Custodians of brand image of pantaloons in the particular zone.
6. Drive the brand image of Pantaloons in the respective zone as a fashion destination to the customer. Provide feedback to the zones on the effectiveness of the design
7. implementation and execution standards
8. Analyse the performance of the world post season launch and model stores and manage initiatives for enhancing specific brand sales and customized SDMs
9. Ensure On time in full docket delivery
10. Documentation of all project design work of all seasonal work.
Product displays, in store styling.
11. Planning of elevations basis VT (variety target), OC (option capacity) and product presentation guidelines as per season launch.
12. Develop specific display guidelines for New RI to support zones with adequate solutions.
13. Support projects & space planning with standard planning & designing principles for NSOs & Renovations.
14. Collaborate with design, category & marketing and drive Impactful and contemporary activations.
Capability building
15. Conduct frequent store visits for training the floor teams on pro-active merchandise display
Digitization


16. Photograph, compile and share store audit reports.
17. Use digital tools like Cnergy or similar tool to capture specific store report & sharing feedback.
Building competitive intelligence
18. Continually look for inspiration by studying the competition, referring the media and identifying Emerging trends in all environments / regions.
