Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Photographer/Videographer with strong editing skills. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about capturing stunning visuals but also possesses the ability to bring those visuals to life through post-production editing. This role requires someone who can think creatively, work efficiently, and is well-versed in the essential working platforms and software. Responsibilities: Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos in various settings, events, and environments. Operate and maintain professional-grade camera equipment. Direct and coordinate subjects during photoshoots or video shoots to achieve desired outcomes. Editing: Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet the creative vision and project requirements. Utilize industry-standard software for color correction, retouching, and post-production effects. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of the final edited content. Creative Thinking: Contribute creative ideas and concepts for visual storytelling. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative projects. Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in the following software platforms: Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) Final Cut Pro or other video editing software After Effects or similar motion graphics software Any additional relevant tools for photography and video editing. Workflow Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work. Maintain an organized and streamlined workflow from capturing visuals to final editing and delivery. Qualifications: Proven 4+years experience as a Photographer & Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects. Proficient in industry-standard editing software and platforms. Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to projects. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
