We are seeking a creative and motivated Video Editing Intern to join our team. As a Video Editing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our video production team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in editing raw footage into high-quality videos for various platforms such as social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the video production team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video projects.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.
- Utilise video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, add visual effects, and incorporate audio elements.
- Help organise and maintain video files and assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production techniques.
- Support the team in other video-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Film Production, Digital Media, Communication, etc.).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,or similar softwares.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in video production.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work is preferred.
