Address- As the Vice President of Information Technology - Network Operations, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of network technologies, security protocols, and a proven track record in managing large-scale network operations.
- The VP will collaborate closely with other IT leaders, executives, and key stakeholders to ensure the seamless and secure functioning of the organization's network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability and experienced in highly secure and restrictive enterprise environments.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network operations strategy aligned with the overall IT and business objectives
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network architecture.
- Working experience on implementation of network and security devices like Firewall, IPS, VPN, NAC, APT, NSWG etc.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/Cloud hosting technologies
- Technical knowledge: Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper Routing & Switching, SSL, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, WAF, CDN, DDOS,
- Good knowledge of information security principles and practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to network operations.Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard the organization's network assets
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for network-related solutions.Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Establish and maintain incident response plans for network-related issues. Lead the resolution of network-related problems and outages, ensuring minimal impact on business operations and provide RCA.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing network operations.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and security best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans in a dynamic business environment
