1. A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the technology domain, in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale IT projects and teams.
2. Extensive experience in technology management and software architecture.
3. Proven track record in overseeing large-scale projects and teams.
4. Hands-on experience with on-premise data centre deployments.
3. Technical Proficiency :
- Understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and CI/CD best practices.
- The resource should have experience as technical lead in large government/BFSI IT projects including application, infrastructure, networking etc. (minimum 2 projects) for minimum 5 years
- The resource should have experience in agile development methodologies for minimum 3 years
- Experience in DevSecOps.
- The resource should have experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
- The resource should have a certification in Agile.
4. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams.
5. Strategic Thinking: Proven capability in strategic planning and execution.
6. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
7. Problem-Solving: Adeptness in addressing and resolving complex technical challenges.
8. Deep understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN architectures, network protocols, and security.
9. Familiarity with network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and associated network tools and diagnostic equipment.
10. Hands-on experience with network monitoring, network management, and performance optimization tools.
