Role & Responsibilities
Create Delightful, User-centric Digital Products: Youll be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the UX/I Process, starting from various Research methods, Persona mapping, Architectures, and Journey Maps to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to usability testingensuring the vision is brought to life beautifully. Along with the end users of your projects/products, you would be interacting with Business, Market Research, and Technology teams to map the why, what, and who of the assignment.

Product Documentation: Documenting the UX discovery processes and research, and writing user stories.

Ideal Candidate
1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio working as a UX generalist in various phases of software product design, and are looking for a long-term position. Experience working with the US Health Care preferred, but not mandatory.
A strong portfolio showcasing understating of the fundamentals of UX design, typography, and color theory.
Have a proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Sharp attention to details, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently.
Proven hands-on operation management capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members.
Excellent written and oral English communication.
A belief in constant Learning, Unlearning, and Sharing, and having no fear of experiments and change.
The belief is that great work cannot be done only between 9 and 5.
