Form of work2. Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
3. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
4. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wire-framing tools
5. Multi-Platform experience including Web application for desktop and mobile devices. Experience with generating design content for software applications, UI prototypes, and UI specifications.
6. Ability to present designs in a compelling manner.
7. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, out-of-the-box ideas and innovative designs.
8. Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
9. Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
10. Proactively contribute to the customer-centric vision, strategy, and execution of the user experience design.
11. Advocate a vision for new models designed for simplicity and discoverability to meet the needs of our user base.
12. Produce design concepts that translates business needs and requirements into visual solutions.
13. Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers and End Users to design and implement interactive designs for new and existing product applications.
14. Develop new concepts for the multi-platform systems through User Interface design for web, mobile and tablet.
15. Coordinate multiple projects with varying levels of UX & production support.
16. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
17. Create new content - either for production or prototypes for testing and sharing recommended improvements with internal and external audience.
