Location: Guwahati
Job Responsibilities:
Understands and delivers outstanding customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their travels. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, airline and hotel offerings, and other travel-related products and services.
Provide travel itineraries and packages based on clients' preferences, budgets, and travel requirements. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all travel plans to deliver seamless experiences. Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.

Required Skills:
  • A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among guests, owners.
Proven experience in a travel agency or tour operator, with a track record of successful sales and leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including travel destinations, products, and services. Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
