Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Pre-Process and Advance Domain Training.
2. Plan and Coordinate Upcoming Batches.
3. Develop and Update Training Manuals and Workbooks.
4. Conduct Performance Knowledge Tests (PKTs) Monthly.
5. Obtain Training Material Approval from Process Heads.
6. Prepare and Submit Monthly Training Reports.
7. Facilitate Formal Induction and Process Training for New Hires.
8. Generate Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Training Reports.
9. Conduct Domain Refresher Training.
10. Organize Periodic Refresher Training for Domain and Custom Certification Policy.
Requirements:
1. Certification in the insurance domain from CII is must
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience as a classroom facilitator.
4. Experience in UK/US pensions training.
5. Proficient in engaging with diverse groups, and displaying strong interpersonal skills.
6. Exhibits adaptability and maturity in managing high-pressure scenarios.
7. Capable of thriving in a cross-cultural environment and fostering teamwork.
8. Willingness to travel to various locations for training purposes as needed.
