Role Description
Carpe diem tours and travels is searching for a full-time Tour Manager to manage tours and travel operations in Rajkot. The Tour Manager will be responsible for coordinating and leading tours, managing staff, and handling customer inquiries. Other responsibilities include creating tour packages, booking transportation and accommodations, leading tours and ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling emergency situations and complaints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in tour management, travel, or customer service positions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and booking systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team, meet deadlines, and handle budgets and financial reports.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of travel regulations, local laws, and cultural customs.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- Familiarity with social media and online advertising.
