Job Responsibilities
Job Description
1 Maintain an organized and accurate inventory control processes at site through computation of MOQ, MinMax quantities ,Re-order level etc.
2 Conduct ageing analysis and prepare an approach to minimize slow moving/non-moving materials
3 Generate purchase requisition for materials and spares in SAP
4 Conduct physical verification of materials on a frequent basis
5 Assist HoS - Inventory to update the material master and to remove duplicate entries, if any
6 Verify quantity, specification and condition of material on arrival
7 Prepare GRN, authorize material issue note, debit Note etc. as part of issuance of material
8 Apply 5S housekeeping techniques in store management
9 Create disposal action for scrap
