Truworth Healthcare is a dynamic and growing Pharma company committed to delivering top-notch products/services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Expert to join our Sales team. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of introducing our products/services and generating interest.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Maintain a robust lead pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through a combination of lead generation, closing deals, and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
