We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Expert to join our Sales team. Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of introducing our products/services and generating interest.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Maintain a robust lead pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through a combination of lead generation, closing deals, and upselling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
