Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and Telugu is highly preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRMs.
