- Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Identify Opportunities : Identify potential clients and opportunities within the real estate network to promote and sell our technology products and services.
2. Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to real estate professionals, showcasing the value and benefits of our technology solutions.
3. Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our technology products and services, staying updated on new features and updates.
4. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, understanding their unique needs and challenges to tailor solutions accordingly.
5. Sales Pipeline Management : Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
6. Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
7. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.
8. Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales efforts.
9. Reporting : Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in technology product sales (preferred).
- Deep understanding of the real estate industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
