Company Description We are the Authorised Distributors for Perkins Engines for North and East of India and Bhutan. The company has been operational since 1973. The core business is providing the right Diesel Engines to our OEM's and supporting the product after sales. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Account Manager located in Gurugram. The Technical Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role will require technical expertise, as the Technical Sales Account Manager will be developing and presenting technical solutions to customers, addressing their needs and requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 10 years or more experience in Technical Sales and Application engineering Experience in Technical Sales and account management, with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and relationship management Understanding of technical solutions, with the ability to analyze and present complex technical information to customers and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Experience in the PowerGen industry is a plus
