Responsibilities
• Leading projects to implement new products or processes• Using systematic techniques and stage gate process for project management• Providing project charters, business cases, budgets, and resource plans• Obtaining and negotiating resources, assigning tasks, and ensuring commitments are met• Ensuring good communication with stakeholders• Supporting NPC and re-design projects• Coaching team members in process adherence and effective project management• Leading decision making and analyzing options and implications• Participating in Design Control activities• Identifying gaps/opportunities and incorporating customer requirements
Requirements
• 5-8 years of project management experience• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline preferred• Project Management training/qualifications preferred• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Projects and Office Suite• Medical Device or FDA manufacturing experience preferred• Proven ability to manage and lead multi-functional teams• Ability to create a vision and mobilize people to execute it• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic matrix environment• Strong project planning and communication skills• Strong analytical and decision-making skills• Customer-focused mindset• Strong business acumen• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
