TechClinic is one of the fastest growing startup in healthcare. We are on mission to give healthcare accessibility for complex and chronic healthcare problems to every home on earth.
Started in Mumbai year back and now expanding in Bangalore and NCR. We are growing ~30% MOM with net profit of 25%. We are doing ARR of 100cr and earn blessings from our thousands patients. We are non funded startup.
We started with an idea of connecting patients and clinics with the hope that existing clinics and hospitals will solve the problem. This hope broke. Then we changed the path to deliver the job at hand and started building our own clinics to solve the need of patients. This is tough job and for this we look for people who are willing to step out of comfort zone to cure every patient we have.
Role -
Setup New Clinics in the City:
- Identify suitable locations for clinic setup based on demographic analysis and market research.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, landlords, and contractors for lease negotiation, construction, and setup of clinics.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary permits and licenses for clinic operations.
- Oversee the design and layout of clinics to optimize patient flow and staff efficiency.
Manage Clinics:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
- Monitor clinic performance, including patient satisfaction, staff productivity, and financial metrics.
- Address any operational issues or concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
Run Sales Operations:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and advertising initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
Improve Revenue:
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service expansion, pricing adjustments, and upselling strategies.
- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and develop action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts with insurance companies, government agencies, and other payers to optimize reimbursement rates.
- Explore alternative revenue streams, such as telemedicine services, wellness programs, and retail sales.
Improve Services:
- Solicit feedback from patients through surveys, focus groups, and other means to identify areas for service improvement.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience, clinical outcomes, and safety.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and protocols to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Invest in technology, equipment, and training to modernize clinics and improve service delivery efficiency.
The City Head plays a crucial role in the successful setup, management, and growth of clinics within the city, focusing on operational excellence, revenue generation, and service quality to meet the needs of patients and stakeholders.
