Brief about the Team : In Tata 1mg, the Project Management team is likely responsible for identifying and executing strategic projects and initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
What will you do:
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to corporate health and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project coordination and maintain effective communication channels.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate / MBA with 5 to 8 Years of past experience in Project or Program Management or Strategy & Operations domain
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Spreadsheets is a must. Knowledge of automation tools, project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
