Job Description1. Ascertain organization design is maintained in SAP on real time basis,2. Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies and procedures3. Identify talent gaps on ongoing basis and define recruitment strategy4. Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement5. Identify and analyze business trends and provide recommendations6. Perform analysis of attrition data, performance data and score cards7. Conduct training need analysis and cascade information to employees8. Align with business to implement talent engagement and development, initiatives9. Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends and, key learnings10. Connect with employees to understand their challenges and define, development plan,11. Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources in, line with hiring guidelines12. Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of, required capabilities and skills.
