• 24 x 7 Production support and second level trouble shooting of salesforce.com application incidents. • 24 x 7 second level outage response for salesforce.com applications • 24 x 7 Application performance monitoring, troubleshooting and corrective actions for salesforce.com applications. • Support incident management and problem management / RCA for salesforce.com application issues Primary / Mandatory skills: • Overall Experience: 4+ years’ experience in Production Support / Operations for Mission Critical, high performance salesforce.com applications and Mulesoft integrations. • Experience in Monitoring product for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience. • Experience working in modern cloud ecosystems, such as Azure, AWS or GCP • Experience with CICD process using GIT, Jenkins / Copado or similar tools for deployment of Apex Code, Salesforce configurations and Mulesoft APIs. • Experience on APEX, SOQL, SOSL • Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Creating Scratch Orgs etc. • Experience in managing Linux / Unix / Windows environments / clusters. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to work in a Global team. Secondary / Desired skills: • Agile, Lean Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologies. • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment. Education Qualification: BachelorWeekly Hours:
