SVP- Operations-(Sales & Collection)- AP & TS


Key Result Areas (KRAs) For SVP:


1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve individual, department and branch expansion goals.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their performance and professional development. Conduct need based Learning & Development sessions.
2. Disbursement & Collection Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective strategies and action plans for disbursement and collection in operational area
- Set ambitious sales targets and monitor progress toward achieving them.
3. Client Acquisition, Servicing and Relationship Management:
- Actively engagement of team in identifying and pursuing new client acquisition.
- Efficient and effective customer Service leading to highest level of client retention.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as a point of escalation for any client issues or concerns.
4. Revenue Generation and Profitability:
- Drive revenue growth within the operational area by meeting or exceeding business and retention targets.
- Monitor every branch profitability and take necessary actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
5. Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for business profit
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensuring that the MFIN Regulations(Code of conduct), that are in force are adhered to in their respective areas.
- Ensure all branch activities, including disbursement & Collection practices and client interactions while maintaining the highest level of ethical standards.
7. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports of branch performance figures, disbursement & Collection activities, client interactions, and future business forecasts.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with branches, departments, and corporate support functions to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Share feedback with senior management to improve products and services based on client needs.
