Responsibilities:
- Led the customer identity remediation team that deliver various customer remediation activities.
- This position will work within CIR that sits within Customer Resolution and Remediation in commercial services. The CIR team is responsible for enterprise Financial Crime Customer identifications remediation outcomes.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in banking and minimum 10+ years in leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience in managing people leaders.
- Knowledge, Understanding and experience of AML/CTF regulatory frameworks.
- Significant experience in leading large operations and delivery teams.
