Looking for a highly motivated and bright Sales Manager based in Noida who will be responsible for OmniChannel Sales including online and offline channels in the Skincare start-up setup
The job requires strong sales skills and relationship management orientation for both the Offline & Online segment.
SEREKO has made a significant entry on their D2C website / Beauty marketplaces and is now expanding to the Offline segment, with the opportunity to grow in multi store chains (MT/ SAMT), Pharma chains and Quick commerce platforms. In addition to this, we are looking to further expand into several online market places, and there will be a need to establish and get onboarded on these market places, and develop sales strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Help provide a true Sereko omni-channel experience for consumers by ensuring that brick-and-mortar, e-retail, launch timing, promo cadence, are well aligned internally and externally with channel partners.
- Develop and Manage offline B2B relationships with key MT / SAMT and Quick Commerce chains
- Secure best-in-class local implementation of 360- activation (e-retail, merchandising, in-store activation, eventing, education, sampling, gifting, paid social, PR & influencer marketing) as per marketing calendar.
- Act as key partner to ensure commercial readiness is met by all cross-functional team members (digital, visual merchandising, education, field). Keep trackers and calendars up to date for all initiatives and ensure weekly communication to field, and internal teams.
- Retail sales, trend and performances analysis: Own sell out insight and inputs. Ad Hoc analysis. Monitor, and communicate after-launch results to improve short-and long-term forecast accuracy and product lifecycle.
- In-store and event budget tracking.
- Stay abreast of competition, new Sereko launches and market performance through on-going research. Partner with the promoter on key weekly/monthly takeaways.
- Present strategies and analyses at internal meetings and to leadership teams.
- Build an IT enabled Sales Frontline team to support Offline expansion (MT, SAMT, Pharma chains and Quick commerce)
- Setup and execute the supply chain network for parallel supplies to both Online & offline sales avenues
Qualifications :
- MBA preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in Sales/ Marketing (FMCG, Retail, D2C)
- Experience in the Beauty and Personal care, Skincare segment is preferred
- Experience in E-commerce management for online market places is preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Marketing professional with strong sales orientation can also be considered
- Ability to work independently as well as be a strong leader for the creative and analytics team
