**Qualifications:** - Master's or doctoral degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs,
related field (required). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in student affairs, academic advising, or related role, with demonstrated leadership and program development skills.
- Strong understanding of student success, retention, and well-being issues in higher education. - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build effective partnerships.
