We're currently seeking some kickass Student Engagement Specialists to help us take our mission to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Interaction:
Regularly engage with students through WhatsApp/calls, encouraging their participation and progress.
Develop and implement strategies to increase student motivation and app engagement.
Provide academic support and guidance tailored to individual student needs.
Parent Communication:
Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and engagement.
Address parental concerns and feedback, fostering a supportive community.
Content Collaboration:
Provide insights on student learning patterns to enhance app content and features.
Coordinate with teachers and educators for content accuracy and relevance.
Feedback and Reporting:
Gather and analyse feedback from students and parents to improve engagement strategies.
Prepare regular reports on Student Engagement metrics and progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Understanding of the Indian K12 educational system and curriculum.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in teaching, counselling, or a similar role in an educational setting.
Experience in engaging with children and teenagers in an educational context.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Strong understanding of motivational techniques and student psychology.
Familiarity with digital education platforms and technologies.
Proficient in using excel and understands the basics of data analytics

Working Conditions:
