As a Student Engagement Associate at Drishti IAS, your primary responsibility will be to address
student queries and concerns promptly and effectively. You will work closely with the Batch
Coordinators and other team members to ensure exceptional student satisfaction and engagement
throughout their learning journey
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries via various communication channels (e.g., email, phone, chat)
- Provide accurate information and guidance to students regarding course content, schedules,
- Collaborate with Batch Coordinators to resolve escalated student issues efficiently, ensuring
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas
Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to handle student interactions
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document student inquiries, feedback, and
- Basic understanding of the UPSC and other civil examination processes and syllabus to
- Proficiency in using technology and digital communication platforms to respond to student
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, to create reports,
Relevant/Additional Experience Strong knowledge of UPSC and related field
