As the Program Management Professional in our Finance & Business Management team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.



Job Responsibilities :


  • Program manage end to end the India driven programs across the India employees including
    • Work with program leads to come up with targets, goals and charter
    • Weekly cadences with the teams involved
    • Create detailed project plan with schedule
    • Create month on month plan with accurate metrics to track
    • Track the progress on each deliverable and month on month plan for reporting
    • Design and update the monthly reporting for each of these programs with the plan, relevant metrics and progress updates for senior leadership
    • Executive monthly updates for Global leads
    • Enable teams to overcome hindrances by connecting them to the right teams
    • Escalate issues and show stoppers to leads in a timely manner
    • Plan communications needed and review them
  • Executive content with deep dives for Senior leadership sessions
    • Work with the relevant partners to gather the data needed
    • Analyze and create relevant metrics and its representations (graphs, etc.)
    • Story boarding to create the presentations for senior audience
    • Present to senior leadership including CFOs & CIOs
  • Monthly Planning sessions to be organized and executed with India leadership
    • Plan for the agenda which is relevant
    • Coordinate with the respective topic owners for data, content, speaker, etc.
    • Execute the agenda across all 3 cities
    • Document action items and track them to closure
  • Regular leadership cadences
    • Weekly Staff – Agenda, Coordinate with the respective topic owners for data, content, speaker, etc.
    • Regularly update the action items in SharePoint and track them, escalate as needed and take them to closure.
    • Maintain the Strategy share point, ownership actions, regular access certifications, additional enhancements as needed
  • India Conferences & Senior leader India visits
    • Organize the agenda in collaboration with the Site management teams
    • Own the content for the various business and leadership sessions like townhall decks, etc.
    • Find the ownership for the rest of the agenda content, track them and review them for standards, quality, consistency, etc.
  • Senior reporting to outside forums like GT, Global CCB, etc. basis adhoc asks.

Required Qualification :


  • 10+ years of working experience, primarily in Technology & Program Management
  • High level of personal commitment to each task, a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver
  • Experience working in an offshore engagement model, in large, global multi-tiered organizations, preferably in the financial / financial services industry
  • IT Project Management expertise and adept at Agile
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Good analytical skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Ability to properly handle sensitive HR-related data and maintain confidentiality
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize key tasks effectively and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to consistently execute responsibilities independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple stakeholders in various locations globally
  • Excellent planning and financial control management
  • Excellent knowledge of the Full life cycle of a project
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances
  • Good team player with an ability to take judgmental call at times independently
  • Excellent Business Management (operational) and good business analysis skills
  • Excellent in project management and exposure to software development
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication / presentation skills


Preferred Qualification :


  • Engineering degree, post-graduation preferred
