Summary:

Nectar Naturals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Telecaller Manager to join our team in Dwarka Sector-3, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the ayurvedic industry and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of telecallers and driving sales through effective communication and customer relationship management.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

3. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

5. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

7. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales metrics to senior management.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

10. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the telecalling team.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

2. Proven experience as a telecaller or sales Manager in the ayurvedic industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

5. In-depth knowledge of ayurvedic products and their benefits.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

8. Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

9. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

10. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
