Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:
- As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical and business teams. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, software developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. Your role will involve the following key duties:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document their requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and completeness.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Functional and Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications, including use cases, user stories, data flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and process maps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and project timelines.
- Requirements Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are tracked, reviewed, and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Design and Validation: Collaborate with developers to design effective solutions and validate that the final product meets the documented requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities as a Quality Analyst:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Compile and analyse statistical data.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
Requirements and skills :
- Minimum 2 years in QA and 2 years in BA
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
- Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
