Work Location : Mangalore, Karnataka
Duties & Responsibilities: Define quality standards and metrics for each project
Prepare the test plans, test cases and test data
Set up goals and objectives for QA Engineers and monitor the progress
Discover the bugs in the application, execute test cases and analyse the results
Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
Conduct post-implementation testing
Follow the quality best practices
Provide frequent feedback to developers, including recommendations for improvements, evaluation of problems, potential solutions, and discussion of further test requirements
Define the QA and SDLC processes as required for the successful deployment of software applications
Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes using appropriate tools, techniques and methodologies
Understand and define overall risk to the project and create the strategies to mitigate those risk
Train, motivate and correct the QA team to ensure that all the quality standards are met
Review the status reports from the team and take appropriate actions accordingly
Send detailed Quality status report to the management on regular basis
Collaborates with other team members to understand the scope of automation testing
Collaborate with internal and external stake holders to ensure the overall quality of the project
Required Skiils: Should have 5 years of working experience in Software Q.A. Test
Hands on experience in API testing
Thorough understanding of testing tools and methodologies
Experience in writing test cases and test plans
Knowledge on software and web security technology
Hands on experience in automation tools

Experience in business analysis will be a plus
