Responsibilities:
Site Merchandising:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and optimize the online product catalog, ensuring products are presented in an appealing and logical manner.
- Implement Site Merchandising strategies to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities, utilizing product grouping, recommendations, and promotions.
- Analyze user behavior data and e-commerce trends to make informed decisions regarding product placement and customer journey improvements.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with inventory teams to prevent out-of-stock scenarios and maintain accurate product availability information.
- Maintain accurate product attributes, categories, and tags to enhance search and filtering functionalities.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform comprehensive quality checks on product information, including names, descriptions, prices, images, and specifications, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct thorough testing of the e-commerce website's functionality, user interface, and mobile responsiveness to identify and report technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to communicate and verify the resolution of identified issues, tracking bug fixes and improvements.
- Execute usability tests to validate the user experience across different devices, browsers, and scenarios.
- Monitor and address customer feedback, reviews, and complaints related to the online shopping experience.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze website metrics, user behavior, and sales data to derive insights that guide Site Merchandising strategies and QA improvements.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on key performance indicators related to merchandising and quality assurance efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimizations based on data-driven insights.
