Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analysing processes, and providing effective solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements.
2. Process Analysis:
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with business units to streamline and enhance processes through Salesforce solutions.
3. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
- Utilize declarative development tools to configure and customize Salesforce based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions when necessary.
4. User Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing issues, and ensuring effective use of Salesforce features.
5. Data Management:
- Manage data migration, data quality, and data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with the data team to define and implement data governance policies.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
7. Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and user stories.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
