AddressJob Description
1. Independently finalising audited financials of companies, LLPs, trusts, FPI entities, investment vehicles and joint ventures. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing in compliance with the latest regulatory standards including Companies Act, FPI regulations, Partnership Act, RERA etc.
2. Independently handling complex tax matters including dealing with tax consultants and authorities.
This will include independently briefing outside consultants and counsels.
3. Advising entities in multiple jurisdictions including India, Mauritius and US.
4. Interacting with legal and finance team for financial structuring. If the candidate has potential for finance, investor relations and banking, you will be encouraged to handle more responsibilities.
5. Ensuring monthly TDS, GST, RERA etc. compliances are made on time.
6. Preparing various MIS and reporting to the management.
CTC
1. Up to Rs. 25 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate)
