Job Description
1. Designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs involves developing and managing competitive salary structures, bonus plans, employee benefits policies, wellness initiatives, and other perks that contribute to the overall employee experience.
2. Creating and updating policies and procedures related to compensation, including job evaluation, salary administration, and incentive programs.
3. Analyzing industry trends and benchmarking compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
4. Developing and implementing a strategic compensation plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves determining salary structures, and pay grades, and ensuring that compensation is competitive within the industry Annual compensation review and assessment process of the Company including ESOP management
5. Stakeholder management dealing with senior leaders and employees and addressing their queries on the payouts
6. Understand the nuance of labour code, analyze the impact on employees and the organization, and work towards the smooth implementation
Desired Skills
- MBA/PG degree in Human Resources with 4-8 years of work experience in from BFSI sector.
- Compensation and Benefits Manager or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and regulatory requirements related to employee rewards.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using compensation and HRIS systems to analyze data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- A detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
