Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) certifications are highly desirable.
Develop, design & Implement comprehensive ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, covering the below areas
- CMDB
- CSDM
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Orchestration
- Cloud Lifecycle Management
- Event Management
Implement Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning in public and private clouds, hybrid clouds, ensuring successful deployment and integration with other enterprise systems.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in the ITOM architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize and configure ITOM applications to meet specific business needs.
