Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Website Developer with a passion for creating user-friendly e-commerce experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining our e-commerce website to enhance user engagement and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience in full-stack modules and components web application development with React JS and Node JS.
Strong knowledge of UI frameworks: HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
Experience in developing RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices-based large-scale applications.
Expertise in. any Relational or NoSQL databases and any caching databases.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good knowledge of engineering excellence: Unit Testing/TDD, Code quality, Code Reviews, Documentation, CI& CD.
Implement responsive design to ensure the website is accessible across various devices.
Enhance website features and functionalities, including a shopping cart, payment gateway, and gemstone recommendation tools.
Ensure website security and data protection standards are met.
Analyze website performance and user engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience.
Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and e-commerce trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Web Development, or related field.
5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
Strong understanding of website security protocols.
