Senior Vice President
We are looking for:
- A true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges.
- The candidate will be expected to drive Enterprise Sales and build a healthy customer base through her/his consultative sales skills.
- The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own & grow the P&L of a region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain.
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business.
- Ensure account stabilization and further growth
- Ensuring alignment with business strategy Finance, Technology & HR For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members
- External Customers Hunting & account development
Qualification & Experience Essential/ Desirable:
Work Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/Enterprise sales in B2B/Industrial space
- Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises will be preferred.
Essential Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent communication & people management skills.
- Should have led a sizeable team.
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Essential Must enjoy sales hunting and driving aggressive sales targets, coaching and mentoring a sizable team Essential
Education: B.Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
