We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in pixel-perfect testing and Automation Testing, with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct pixel-perfect testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of user interface elements across various platforms and devices.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases manually and document test results, identifying and reporting defects with clear steps for reproduction.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing strategies, tools, and processes to optimize testing efforts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role of experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in pixel-perfect testing techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong expertise in Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
